Sometimes communication goes wrong not because we are moved by bad intentions, but rather because we lack knowledge of communication processes.
Through Empathic Communication and Collaborative Leadership trainings and coaching, I support teams, couples, parents and individuals to increase their awareness of how we think, communicate and act, and how our brain works according to recent neuroscience discoveries. Empathic Communication and Collaborative Leadership, which are inspired by Nonviolent Communication based on Marshall Rosenberg's work, provide useful tools to make communication not only more effective but also more human and respectful. |

This new way of communicating invites us to look beyond labels, prejudices and differences. It teaches us how to listen to the experience of the interlocutor and how to express our opinions in a clear and respectful way. It gives us tools to become more assertive, to learn to say no with courage and respect. The result is more honesty with us and others. This generates more trust in our relationships and more willingness to seek creative solutions, which consider everyone’s needs.
By developing these communication and interpersonal skills, we can reduce tensions and conflicts, creating greater cooperation and ultimately a climate of respect and trust. We can use our energy searching for creative solutions, rather than spending time contemplating on situations without dealing with the actual issue.
Empathic Communication can be used in the relationship with oneself, with your partner, family, in schools, at work and in any context where we need to relate to other persons.
This communication approach has spread throughout the world over the past years, particularly in Germany, France and USA (place of origin).
